Also known as MNMRMT, Tokyo-based textile artist Mana Morimoto creates nothing short of dope and unique artwork!
Sometimes creepy, always funny and magical, she uses the combination of the black and white images and the meditative process of hand-stitch to create fascinating and colorful compositions.
Kooky, mix media creations from Mana Morimoto. Would translate brilliantly to printed t-shirts or homewares!
Beautiful, mesmerizing and serene <3

While Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 5S on September 10th, a new iPhone 6 concept is here today, showing us what we may see from Apple in the future. The concept, dubbed ‘iPhone 6 Infinity’ showed up via Dribble and shows a device with a flexible screen which wraps around the device.
& Other Stories
Today I visited Regent Street’s newest retail addition &OtherStories. From the makers of H&M and Cos, mid-price products feature real silks and leathers with a unique design aesthetic that is unlike any other store on the high street.
The VM had an industrial tone with stripped back displays giving the store a high-end look. Yet these product are deliciously affordable - I wanted to buy every accessory in there! Here are my top picks from the current collection.
Alexander McQueen X The Hunger Games!
Costume designer Trish Summerville (who also worked on Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) takes the upcoming Hunger Games movie ‘Catching Fire’ to new fashion heights. Competing in the fashion arena will be character Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks) wearing a look from McQueen’s autumn/winter 12/13 collection. I love the high drama of this look, perfectly in-keeping with Effie Trinket’s gregarious personality!
Caped Crusaders @ Ashley Isham A/W 13/14
Next season’s key silhouette appeared in striking red at Fashion Scout designer Ashley Isham’s autumn/winter 13/14 show. Sculptural outerwear was showcased next to gorgeous, flowing silk gowns in Hawaiian prints!
Pam Hogg A/W 13/14
I was delighted to attend the Pam Hogg show at LFW, and loved this statement fur headpiece in vibrant lime green! The show featured dancers from the English National Ballet performing in Hogg’s signature paneled catsuits.

Tailored Eccentric @ MiuMiu
A strong collection featuring caped shoulders, graphic print shirt and tie combos, heavily embellished suade coats teamed with doctors bags and platform loafers. Creating a sharply tailored look with MiuMiu’s signtaure eccentricity. The mini sheath dresses layered over shirts, towards the end of the show had a 1960’s feel, with brown suade trouser suits given a modern update with oversized disc embellishments.
